GLOBAL LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP

What is Leadership? Is a Leader born or made? Is leadership the function of one’s character? or is a set of skills that can be taught?

GLOBAL LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP :- ABSS’s Global Council of Art & Culture ( GCAC) conducts workshops. The young energetic students not only examine theories ,but also explore the actions of outstanding global leaders in order to understand and access  their own global leadership competencies.

The key topics covered in this workshop include Leadership Challenges and Opportunities Organizational Culture / Capabilities / Communicating in the Global Environment and Managing People across Cultures.

ABSS’s Global Council Of Art & Culture believes thatLeadership is the ability to step outside the culture...to start evolutionary change processes that are more adaptive. Itis about articulating visions, embodying the values and creating the environment within which things can be accomplished.

The Youths at each moment choose the intentions that will shape their experience and those things upon which they can focus their attention .

From the renowned personalities who are the leaders in their respective fields & whose guidance helps the  young artists/students  to learn a lot of new insights .

Almost 35 personalities / delegates are invited to proceed forward in anchoring the workshop. The topics  which will help the students to  find their own path to make  career in :-

The learning of organizing skills are tested, where all the young participants/Students are engaged in organizing National Level Contest /events with a view of providing opportunity to various  groups to test their skills .

TOPICS– ABSS is organizing many events for the Senior age- 13-18 yrs & Youth- 18 25 yrs. . The flow chart shows the ratio of the participant of the Youth category in various performing arts.
