The principles of Global Council Of Art & Culture ( GCAC) is to participate in Art & Cultural programmes which will have impact in better understanding of different cultures through diverse performance, increase creativity, improve communication, strengthening of community arts, decrease social isolation, raise public awareness ,self identity, self leadership, creating confidence, bring out hidden talents, develop a sense of equality, relationship & brotherhood, promoting different art skills, integrating art cultural programmes.

Within art & culture there is a very great range of variation along most dimensions, That is diversity is there within art & culture.  There are still barriers in the art world. One should know the benefits, richness of what diversity brings. So GCAC is working to enhance the global arts education & outreach programmes so as to break the barriers and strengthen our cultural demands through intercultural exchange programs.
